What is a Professional Product?
Professional Products are items that have been developed for Healthcare Professionals and their clients. You may purchase these products after submitting the information of your healthcare professional.
When will my order be shipped?
Online orders will ship the next business day after the order is received. If a product is on backorder, you will be notified and the entire order will be held until your order is ready to ship in full.
What is our return policy?
Within 30 days of purchase, Doctors Choice, Naturally will provide refunds (less shipping and handling costs) for unopened products, except probiotics. Probiotics cannot be returned. Please call for a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for any returned order.
Do you accept special orders?
Yes, you may request a special order on any item from our featured companies. Special orders may be charged an additional processing fee, and may not be returnable.
Do you have any discounts for healthcare professionals?
Several of our product lines are available to our healthcare professionals at wholesale cost. Please submit your business information in order to receive our wholesale packet and price list.
Are automatic shipments available?
Yes, you will save an additional 5% on your entire order when you set up an autoship account. It’s simple to do; just let us know what you would like us to ship to you on a monthly basis, put a credit card on file, and choose either the 1st or 15th of every month. There is a minimum requirement of 3 months. You may cancel your order at least 3 days prior to ship date. Shipping and handling is free on all autoship orders.
