Yes, we all know that calcium is essential for healthy, strong bones – how can you not know when every advertising medium reminds us daily.

However, just as most things in life must be in “balance”, so is the case with calcium and other mineral nutrients essential for proper absorption. When our “minerals” are “out-of-balance” the calcium is either not absorbed or “stored” in un-healthy amounts in various organs.

According to Dr. Susan Brown, director of the Osteoporosis Education Project, “there are at least eighteen key bone-building nutrients essential for optimum bone health.” “If you do not consume adequate amounts of every one of these nutrients, you are not playing the bone-building game with a full deck.” The bone-building nutrients cited by Dr. Brown include: Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Fluoride, Silica, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Boron, Vitamins D, C, A, B6, K, B12, Folic Acid, Essential Fatty Acids, and Protein. The combination of too much of the wrong nutrients, along with not enough of the right ones, has created epidemic proportions of degenerative diseases in this country.

Another critical factor in bone-health, known for some time, and is just recently being discussed openly is the link between acid pH and osteoporosis. According to Dr. Brown, research has confirmed that long-standing observation of the standard American diet, high in meat and low in alkalizing fruits and vegetables, left an acid residue in the body. This acid residue, in turn, is associated with bone loss and low bone density. It is, therefore, critical that we supplement our minerals and electrolytes with a substance that will provide a full-compliment of a highly concentrated, alkaline, mineral food and one that is essentially pre-digested and therefore bio-available.

Look no further. A supplement that contains an abundance of more than 20 naturally occurring minerals necessary for peak performance, bone-health, muscle integrity and neutralizes acid waste is Mt. Capra Mineral Whey. Interestingly, it also contains healthy amounts of sodium to control acid alkaline balances in muscles and bones. This tasty, naturally sweet powder is harvested from fresh goat’s milk whey were 90 percent of the minerals in goat’s milk are found. It is SO concentrated that it takes 23 ounces of fresh goat’s milk for each one ounce of powder. The rich minerals in this tasty powder are naturally occurring (nothing added) in ratios recognized and utilized by the body with ease.
I use two tablespoons in warm water and drink it like a “power boost”, one to two times per day.

2-Tablepsoons of Mt. Capra Mineral Whey contain:

884 mg Potassium 189 mg Sodium 313 mg Calcium
280 mg Chloride 78 mg Zinc 249 mg Phosphorus
24 mg Magnesium 58 mcg Molybdenum 1.5 mcg Manganese
63 mcg Tin 27 mcg Strontium 17 mcg Copper
12 mcg Chromium 8 mcg Antimony 8 mcg Nickel
8 mcg Silicon 2.2 mcg Selenium .51 mg Iron
52 mcg Barium 10 mcg Silver 2.8 mcg Vanadium
9.4 mcg Titanium 1.0 mcg Yttrium 17 mcg Sulfer

Researchers, and informed health professionals, now know that by giving your body the full arsenal of minerals and electrolytes, you can help take a “bite” out of Osteoporosis – and have it your “whey”, Naturally.
